By brewing it in the new 0.0% brewing installation built for this beer, they can extract the alcohol from the beer at a very low temperature. By being able to do this at a very low temperature, it 'evaporates' as little as possible of the characteristic lager smell and taste. And thanks to the use of traditional hops you can taste a fine pils bitterness.
