A sturdy Amsterdam white beer that drinks dangerously well. Slightly cloudy, nicely golden in color and with a nice, soft head. Like any white beer, brewed with a proportion of wheat malt, from which the beer takes its name ("wit" is an old Dutch word for wheat).

The wheat malt gives a wonderful fresh taste to the beer. The addition of coriander seeds and lemon during brewing provides the slightly spicy and citrusy notes. The fine slightly sweet finish makes the IJwit a great thirst quencher.
