Rodenbach Classic is the 'Flemish red-brown beer', recognised as a Traditional Regional Product. The mixed primary fermentation and maturation in oak barrels (casks) give it a mildly sour flavour and complex fruitiness just like wine. Rodenbach Classic consists of 3/4 young and 1/4 aged for 2 years in oak casks. Rodenbach Classic is very refreshing.
